The Emerald Pole Boutique was designed and built by professional pole dancers which means you get the best experience! Our poles are tall and there is plenty of space between them so you can dance to your full potential. Our studio is bright and welcoming as we want our students to feel empowered during their classes and able to take pictures/film their progress.

DO I NEED TO BE STRONG, FIT OR FLEXIBLE TO START?
Absolutely not! No previous experience or fitness background is necessary for our Beginner 1 courses. We go over all the basics in classes and you will find the moves we cover help to build up your strength/stamina in a fun and supportive environment. Our favourite thing to hear from our Beginner 1 students is how starting pole dancing has increased their confidence and taught them to love their bodies and what they can achieve.
WHO CAN JOIN?
All genders and ages (18 and over) are welcome to start their pole dancing journey with us!
HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Sign up for a $15 Beginner Trial Class
Want to try a once-off pole dance class before deciding if you'd like to complete a beginners course with us? Our 1 hour trial classes are perfect for you! We only run these classes before the new term is about to start (every 6 weeks or so) so don't miss out! Click here for more information and to book in. Follow us on Instagram to be kept up to date when we release the new trial class dates!

2. Enrol into our 8 week Beginner 1 course
All our courses run for 8 weeks (1 hour per week) and are $240. A deposit of $120 is required to secure your booking, the remaining $120 is payable at your first class. All course fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable between terms. You will need to ensure you are signing up before the new term has started (we do not accept new students after week 2 of the term). Head to our Timetable section to see the new term dates and the times for our Beginner 1 classes. Once you have picked your preferred time, head to the "Book Classes Now" section to secure your spot.

UNABLE TO MAKE A CLASS?
If you're enrolled into an 8 week course but cannot make one week, you are welcome to attend a free "make-up" class before the term ends. Please see the "Make-up Class" section in our studio policies for more information.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
Please wear shorts (the shorter, the easiest it is to grip) and bring a water bottle. Classes are done bare-foot.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE
Before arriving at your first class it is a good idea to make yourself familiar with our studio policies and etiquette.
We have plenty of parking directly in-front of the studio as well as the street. Please keep the main driveway clear and do not park in-front of the doors/garages of any other businesses.
1. Please arrive 15 minutes early to class. This gives you enough time to settle in comfortably, sort out any remaining fees and fill out our new student form.
2. Upon arrival, please head to our reception desk where you will be greeted by your instructor. The instructor will tick your name off and sort out any remaining fees. You will also be given a new student form to fill out.
3. Please then make your way to our waiting area, you are welcome to sit on our lounge and make yourself comfortable.
4. When your class commences, please remove any rings/bracelets and watches and place your belongings in a storage cubby along with your shoes.
